Hey guys, I am stoked (a very Australian word :)) to see that Freedom Writing and Freedom Writing Journal is Number 2 in the USA, Number 22 and 23 in Canada and Number 35 in the UK on the Best Seller Lists.
Thanks so much for readers who are buying my books. It is available in print and e-book on Amazon and other online retailers in your country. I will be releasing more work this year, but the next book is fiction. I am very excited about it. 🙂
Have a great day! Kind regards, Suz
Number 22 and 23 on Canada’s Amazon Best Selling List.
Write it down, and even if it is not grammatically correct or even artistic, express your feelings on paper and they will be released from your body, mind and spirit. This is the central tenet of writing therapy. 😀 Thanks Anne for being such a brave and beautiful person, and expressing what you experienced in hiding so that others could know about it. Anne wrote in her diary this was her writing therapy, then she produced a book that was rewritten by her older self to be read by others. The diary represents the more raw and honest writing, that is pure writing therapy. This is a quote from her diary about writing things down.
“The nicest part is being able to write down all my thoughts and feelings; otherwise, I’d absolutely suffocate. (Anne Frank, 16 March 1944.)”
What an inspiring young girl, she wrote stories and fairy tales, she started a novel but also she wrote in her diary and this kept her from as she wrote; “suffocating.”
If you are interested in writing therapy, my short book Freedom Writing can enlighten you about how to use simple writing techniques to be free from stress or negative emotions.
One of my readers sent me this image yesterday of how she was enjoying using the journal from my Freedom Writing Journal book. It had text all over it. 😄 I’m so glad that she has started using it. Thanks so much Vicky – I blurred out the text for privacy. 😄💜
“I am having an hour at a cafe on my own reading your wonderful tips and doing the writing practice you so beautifully recommend. It’s bliss! No kids and just your wise words to keep me company.”
Vicky.
I always appreciate when readers contact me and show me they are using my book. It makes me happy! People are benefitting from it. 😀
This is where I am speaking on the weekend at the Greenleaf Memoir and Family History Writing weekend. It’s going to be a lot of fun, informative and inspiring! I am looking forward to speaking about the connection between writing therapy and memoir writing.
My book Freedom Writing has reached the Top 100 Best Seller List again in Journal Writing. 🙂 Feel free to download it and experience the freedom that writing therapy provides – in a simple and easy way. Freedom Writing was written to show the power writing therapy has to help you remove stress and pain you hold inside and hide from yourself as well as other people.
In Freedom Writing I talk about the research showing writing therapy’s effectiveness and also share my experience and that of other people’s in revealing the release you can experience as well. 🙂
Below are the details for my next workshop coming up next month. 🙂
Kind regards, Suzanne
